This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") explains how Tech Link Core processes personal data when providing the AI advertising platform available at https://www.techlinkcoreads.com.

Tech Link Core processes user data strictly for the purpose of providing the platform's functionality, including user authentication, subscription management, AI content generation, image uploads, and platform analytics.

Data processed may include account email addresses, user identifiers, subscription plan details, prompts submitted to the AI system, uploaded images, generated marketing content, and limited usage analytics.

3. Purpose of Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: providing access to the platform, generating AI-powered ad content, maintaining platform security, processing subscription billing, improving system performance, and preventing fraud or abuse.

4. Third-Party Processors

Tech Link Core relies on trusted third-party infrastructure providers to operate the platform. These services may process limited data necessary to perform their functions. Current providers include:

  • OpenAI – AI model processing for ad generation
  • Supabase – authentication, database storage, and file storage
  • Stripe – subscription billing and payment processing
  • Vercel – hosting, deployment, and analytics infrastructure
