1. Subscription Billing

Tech Link Core operates on a recurring subscription model. Users are billed automatically according to their selected plan until the subscription is cancelled.

2. Free Plan

The Free plan allows users to test the platform without any payment. Because no payment is collected, refunds do not apply to the Free plan.

3. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans provide immediate access to platform features and AI generation capabilities. Due to the digital nature of the service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their billing portal. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

5. Exceptional Refunds

In rare circumstances, Tech Link Core may issue refunds at its sole discretion, such as cases involving billing errors or duplicate charges.
